Lemon Lamb With Mint - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil spray
    2 tsp. acceptable vegetable oil
    2 small cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper or to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
    8 loin lamb chops
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Lightly spray a broiler pan with vegetable oil spray.
    Pour oil into a skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add garlic and saute.
    Stir in water, lemon juice and pepper.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
    Sprinkle mint over mixture and simmer about 10 minutes.
    Cover and set aside.
