Granny Nichol'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    dash of salt
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.\tMix egg yolks and small amount of\tmilk
    together.
    Gradually whisk in remaining milk. Add melted butter
    and
    vanilla.
    Add
    dry ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Pour into
    pie
    shells.\tBake
    at
    425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
