Snicker Doodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
4 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, and shortening.
Add eggs, sugar, flour, soda, salt, and cream of tartar.
Mix well.
In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Roll dough into balls.
Roll balls in cinnamon mixture.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 10 - 12 minutes.
