Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    7 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    Put in large bowl, and make hole in center.
    In different bowl beat egg whites and put in cream of tartar.
    Put all other ingredients in hole of dry ingredients, and mix well.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Use a tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour. at 350\u00b0.
