Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. crushed dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. parsley, cut fine
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Measure out 1/4 cup soup. Combine with hamburger, crumbs, onion, parsley and egg. Shape into 16 meatballs 1 1/2-inch in diameter. Brown in butter in skillet. Blend remaining soup with water and pour over browned meatballs. Cook ingredients over low heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
