Ellen'S Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick (possibly more)
    paprika
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    1/3 c. butter
    8 pieces chicken
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Roll chicken in Bisquick mixture.
    Cover cookie sheet with foil; spray with Mazola.
    Melt butter; spread evenly.
    Lay chicken, skin side down, in pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Turn and bake 15 minutes more.
    If chicken starts to brown too much, turn oven down to 375\u00b0 or 350\u00b0.
    Also turn periodically.
