Crab Louis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. crab meat or imitation crab meat
2 ripe avocados
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1 c. chopped celery
half head of lettuce
Preparation

Blend first 6 ingredients.
Add crab meat and celery; toss together.
Cover and chill completely.
Serve in avocado shells or lettuce cups.
