Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs, buttermilk, flour, salt and pepper.
    Soak fryer pieces while preparing cooking oil in 3-inch deep pan (skillet), temperature on medium-high.
    Dip pieces in flour and roll over and over until coating is thick.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Drain and place on paper towels.
    Try this recipe with cubed steak.
