Spaghetti Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped medium onion
1 small can sliced mushrooms
4 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp. crushed oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. can tomato paste
28 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 lb. 1-inch broken spaghetti pieces
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella or Romano
Preparation

Brown sausage in 3 or 4-quart pan.
Drain.
Remove; set aside. Add green pepper, onion and mushrooms to pan and saute until tender.
Add meat and all ingredients except cheese and spaghetti. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti.
Add to soup. Top bowls with cheese or add to soup.
