Roasted Conchs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

as many conchs as desired
enough firewood to last 30 minutes
Preparation

Build a roaring fire.
After fire burns down, place conch, foot-up so water can be added as needed during roasting.
Roast until conch shell crumbles.
After roasting, pull conch meat from shell; peel black off.
Cut into small chunks.
