Vegetable-Stuffed Mushrooms(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large fresh mushrooms (about 1 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 small zucchini, shredded
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. diced pimiento
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
    Remove stems and chop; set caps aside.
