Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco (solid)
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased bread pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Don't open oven while baking.
    Wrap in plastic wrap as soon as it is removed from oven.
    When cool, put in freezer. Makes 3 large loaf pans.
