Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. Steinfeld's sauerkraut, drained
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/2 small jar pimentos
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar and salad oil separately.
    Pour over salad ingredients.
    Mix well and marinate overnight or longer.
    Flavor improves after 24 hours.
    Keeps well.
