Sour Cream Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks (unbeaten)
    1 c. milk
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan.
    Add butter, lemon rind, juice and egg yolks.
    Stir in milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick; cool.
    Fold in sour cream. Spoon into baked pie shell.
    Cover with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
    Chill at least 3 hours or overnight.
