Parmesan Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Beat at low speed of electric mixer until well blended.
    Place well-greased muffin pans in 425\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes.
    Remove pans from oven.
    Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with batter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 18 to 20 minutes longer or until popovers are firm. Serve immediately.
