Catherine'S Clear Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. regular strength chicken broth
3 medium chopped tomatoes, peeled
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 to 8 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
1 small chopped red onion
1 or 2 chopped green bell peppers
1 or 2 chopped celery stalks
Preparation

Mix all together.
Add more lime or salt to taste.
Serve thoroughly chilled.
Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
