Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch baked pie shell
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bake pie shell in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and nutmeg in 2-quart saucepan.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Stir in egg yolks, raisins and lemon juice.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickens and boils.
    Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into pie shell.
