Blueberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

35 saltine crackers, crushed
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
4 egg whites and 1/2 c. sugar
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix crumbs and margarine. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Beat the egg whites and sugar stiff.
Pour beaten egg whites over crumbs. Spread evenly to edges. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. When cool, spread blueberries evenly. Cover with Cool Whip and refrigerate overnight.
