Brisket Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Budweiser beer
4 Tbsp. regular or salt free meat tenderizer
3/4 jar beef bouillon (granules)
2 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1 onion (chopped or sliced)
Preparation

Pour beer into roasting pan.
Mix tenderizer, pepper and onion in beer.
Mix bouillon in 2 cups hot water, when dissolved, pour into pan and add brisket.
Add hot water until brisket is nearly covered, add oil.
Cover with lid and put in refrigerator.
Let stand for 2 days, turning the brisket every 12 hours.
This will also work for other meats.
