*Stuffed Cabbage With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped parsley (optional)
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Place cabbage in pot filled with boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Separate leaves. Combine meat, rice, onion, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in each cabbage leaf.
    Loosely fold over sides and roll.
    Place rolls into large pot, keeping them tight.
    Dot with the butter and pour the 3 cups of hot water into pot.
    Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
