Hash Brown Potato Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1 c. cream of celery or chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes or crackers
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup oleo.
Pour in baking dish.
Mix crumbs with other oleo.
Sprinkle over mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
