Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. tomatoes
4 to 5 cloves garlic
4 to 5 hot peppers
5 to 6 medium onions
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. ice cream salt
Preparation

Grind garlic, peppers and onions in meat grinder.
Cook tomatoes and other vegetables together with sugar and salt until it thickens as you like your sauce, stirring constantly.
Put in hot jar and seal.
Put sealed jars in hot water bath for 5 minutes. Make sure they are sealed.
