Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
4 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. sweet butter
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
miniature box raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat grated carrots, egg yolks, lemon juice and oil together thoroughly.
Sift flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder and slowly mix this into carrot mixture.
Grease and flour a tube pan.
Bake one hour or until done.
Combine cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar, raisins and vanilla.
Spread over the cooled cake.
