Mozzarella Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 lb. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg, then in bread crumbs.
    Brown in oil.
    Mix spaghetti sauce mix, water and tomato sauce.
    Pour over chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Cover just until cheese melts.
