Chicken-By-Cracky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    oregano
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 stack saltines
    oil
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken; mix egg and milk with spices in shallow pan.
    Crush crackers and dip chicken into egg mixture and roll in crumbs.
    Brown chicken in oil on both sides; drain.
    Place excess crumbs in casserole dish and add chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
