Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2 c. diced celery (can use less)
3/4 c. toasted almonds or walnuts
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 large can mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Mix all together and place in flat casserole.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
