Swedish Egg Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until smooth.
    Pour batter 1/3 cup at a time into heated pan.
    After bubbles form, turn.
    Serve with maple syrup or berries.
