Kraut-Noodle-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. can sauerkraut (do not drain)
3 c. egg noodles (uncooked)
3/4 to 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced in 1/4-inch pieces
Preparation

In a casserole, put a layer of kraut, layer of uncooked noodles and layer of smoked sausage, ending with layer of kraut. Cover with water and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
