Cheese Garlic Biscuits - cooking recipe

2 c. biscuit mix (e.g., Bisquick or Jiffy)
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese or more to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. oleo, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix biscuit mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms.
Beat vigorously for 30 seconds (by hand with spoon).
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and while still warm, brush biscuits with a mixture of the garlic powder and melted oleo.
Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
