Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, meal and flour.
    Beat eggs; add milk, lemon juice, lemon rind and melted butter.
    Add dry ingredients and blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
