Stew Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew
    2 c. onions
    2 c. potatoes
    2 c. carrots
    2 c. celery
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 vegetable juice
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in large Dutch oven.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
