Coconut-Pecan Frosting For German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.
Add coconut and pecans.
Beat until thick enough to spread.
Only frost tops of cake layers.
