Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped shallots
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1/3 c. mayo
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    lettuce
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets and rinse well.
    Cook to crisp-tender stage; do not overcook.
    Drain and add celery, shallots and thawed peas.
