Tasty Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. chuck roast
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. onion flakes, dried
Preparation
    Place roast in roasting pan or Corning Ware with a tight lid. May use meat with or without bone (any meat with bone in is more tasty).
    Sprinkle all seasonings on top.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Cook 5 to 6 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Do not add water.
    Makes its own juices.
