The Neiman Marcus Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    5 c. oats
    24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, blend oats to a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Add flour, oats, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts if desired.
    Form into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Makes 112 cookies.
