Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 qt. tomatoes
    2 c. undrained kidney beans
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared or dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
