Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg; add milk.
    Sift in flour, baking powder and salt. Throw together.
    Drop by spoonfuls into stew or roast.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes, without peeking!
