Easy Beef And Noodles Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. dry red wine or water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. yogurt, plain or sour cream
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can consomme or beef broth made from instant bouillon
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. medium noodles, uncooked
    1/4 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    In a large skillet or electric skillet, saute beef and onion. Add wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, beef broth, water, seasonings and noodles.
    Cover.
    Heat to boiling.
    Lower heat and cook until noodles are done, 10 to 20 minutes.
    Stir in yogurt or sour cream and heat through.
    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
