Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Make into patties.
    Fry in hot Crisco oil until golden brown on both sides and drain on paper towels.
    Delicious cold or leftover.
