Chicken 'N Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated low-fat milk
1 c. condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
4 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (well drained)
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. instant rice
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine evaporated milk, soup and seasoned salt.
Stir until smooth.
Add vegetables, chicken, rice and 1/2 cup cheese.
Pour into a 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and the croutons.
Bake for additional 3 to 5 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
