Black Bottom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 sq. melted chocolate
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sift together salt, flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Add milk, butter and melted chocolate.
    Place in an 8-inch square pan and sprinkle on sugar, brown sugar and cocoa.
    Pour 1 cup boiling water over batter.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Turn out of pan immediately.
    Will be frosted when baked.
