Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. meal (self-rising)
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
3 eggs
1 small can whole kernel corn
6 to 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Pour into pan with heated oil.
Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
