Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. crushed peanuts (if desired)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter; stir in brown sugar and milk.
Boil and stir 2 minutes until mixture reaches a hard boil that you can not stir down.
It will look light and foamy.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Mix powdered sugar until smooth.
If it's hard to mix, use a mixer and add extra milk a teaspoon at a time.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan until cool.
Cut into squares.
