Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix (Betty Crocker SuperMoist)
2 c. coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1 pkg. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over bottom.
In a bowl, mix cake mix according to directions on box.
Pour into pan on top of coconut.
In separate bowl, put melted butter, softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
Pour on top of cake mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Cool.
