Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sausage
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream
Preparation

Cook sausage until done.
Drain grease and crumble.
Mix sausage and Swiss cheese.
Sprinkle in pie shell.
In bowl, add remaining ingredients to lightly beaten eggs.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
