Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
fresh peaches, sliced
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and water.
Cook over medium heat until thickened and transparent.
Add peaches; cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with top crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is slightly brown.
