Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    4 to 5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. milk
    1 can corn, drained
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix the eggs, sugar, flour, salt and milk together.
    Add the corn (liquid drained).
    Melt the butter or margarine in the baking dish you are going to use.
    Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Place the baking dish into a shallow pan filled with hot water to within 1-inch of the top of the baking dish.
    Add 1/4 cup evaporated milk to the mixture (this will help to brown nicely). Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    (A cake tester should emerge clean.)
