Cooked Pimento And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. creamy American cheese (Velveeta)
    1/3 c. milk
    1 large jar pimento
    1 egg, beat well
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt American cheese and milk in a double boiler for 12 minutes.
    Cook pimento, egg, vinegar and sugar for 30 minutes and while still warm add 1 cup mayonnaise.
