Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
    2 c. shredded Mexican style cheese
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown chicken in skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa and 1 cup shredded cheese. Spread 1 cup salsa in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture in center of each tortilla and roll up. Place filled tortillas, seam side down, on top of salsa layer of baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of salsa and 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
