Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye broccoli with cheese sauce
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender, but not browned.
Add vegetable with sauce, chicken broth, cream and pepper.
Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes.
Makes 5 1/2 cups.
